Our Mission
We prioritize sustainable training methods that promote career longevity while fostering competitive integrity in everything we do. Our approach recognizes that tactical athletes are human beings first—not hardware—requiring individual programming that respects time, schedules, stress levels, and most importantly, your target goals.

About Me
After 8 years as a tactical athlete in the Air Force, my mission is to share what I’ve learned. When I served full-time, I instructed and led unit fitness programs. Recently, my wife and I took a leap of faith—moving to Texas where I focused on coaching and school while she pursued photography. My journey to coaching hundreds of tactical athletes began with fixing my own approach to training. I tried countless "tactical" training methods, but consistently ended up injured, burnt out, or quitting.
The "all or nothing" mentality usually left me with nothing, and I noticed most of the tactical community faced the same struggles. Despite loving training, I hated seeing no results despite my hard work. Balancing extreme training with work stress and life commitments wasn't sustainable. Self-doubt crept in: not strong enough, fast enough, powerful enough, mentally tough enough. That vicious cycle would repeat until I was faced to face with a dead end.
Starting over, I made sustainability the foundation. This led to a key realization: the biggest mistake tactical athletes make is doing too much, too soon, too often, too fast. The solution isn't more effort, motivation, or discipline—it's prioritizing the right values:
- Sustainability
- Competitive Integrity
- Human, not Hardware
Life will throw you off course. You will miss sessions, get sick, and fall short from time to time. Those days matter… But, how you RESPOND matters most. By grounding yourself in these core values, you are an Everyday Responder - the asset you, your team, and your family needs.

How Clients Feel

“I got stronger training with less volume, which was infinitely better than my previous 6-week PT program. Working with Justin has made me mentally and physically sharper as an athlete, helping me hit a 3-minute plank for the first time during my ACFT.”

"I've arguably had some of the busiest, stressful and non-optimal weeks of my life regarding outside factors. Yet I STILL made notable gains while experiencing nowhere near the fatigue & soreness I once did. The minimum effective dose is real and I will swear by it for the rest of my life."

“Even with crazy work schedules, I still improved my benchmarks considerably. Unlike other tactical fitness programs that were too much alongside a tactical job, this program excels at time management and minimal effective dose.”
